End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of LocalCMS, an internal content management and operations workspace for authorized organization administrators. By accessing LocalCMS, you agree to use it only as permitted by your organization and this agreement.
License and Access
Authorized users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access LocalCMS for internal organization operations. You may not share your account, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the application, or use LocalCMS for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Administrator Responsibilities
- Use accurate information when creating, editing, importing, or syncing records.
- Protect login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Connect third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, only when authorized by your organization.
- Review synced financial, ticketing, donation, contact, and operational data before relying on it for decisions.
Connected Services
LocalCMS may connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Eventive, Mailchimp, Resend, and similar platforms. Your use of connected services remains subject to those providers' own terms, permissions, and privacy policies. Disconnect integrations that are no longer authorized or needed.
Ownership
LocalCMS and its software, design, workflows, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Your organization retains responsibility for the data it enters, imports, syncs, or stores in the application.
No Warranty
LocalCMS is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Administrators should verify reports, exports, and financial actuals before using them for official filings, public reporting, or financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalCMS providers and maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the application.
Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked if a user violates this agreement, leaves the organization, no longer needs access, or presents a security or operational risk.
